Finovo is a product of Bicitra. We believe your financial data is sacred.
Local-Only Architecture
Finovo does not operate backend servers. All your financial records, transactions, and profiles are stored locally on your mobile device in an encrypted database. We have no way to access your data.
1. Data Storage & Ownership
Your data stays on your phone. We do not collect, view, or analyze your personal or financial information. You have total sovereignty over your records.
2. Google Drive Sync
The App allows you to connect to your personal Google Drive for backups. This connection is direct between your device and Google's servers. Bicitra acts as no intermediary and has no access to these backup files.

Ethical Use Clause
You agree to use Finovo strictly for lawful and ethical purposes. Recording or managing transactions involving Riba (Interest) or any activities violating ethical financial principles is strictly prohibited.
1. No Warranty
Finovo is provided "AS IS". We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of financial reports or data reliability. The App is a tool for management, not professional financial advice.
2. Limitation of Liability
Bicitra shall not be liable for any data loss, financial loss, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
3. Data Loss Disclaimer
Because there is no backend server, lost data cannot be recovered by Bicitra. You are responsible for maintaining backups via Google Drive.
4. Termination
You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting the App and all associated data. Bicitra may also terminate or suspend access to our service immediately if you breach these Terms.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
